Couple of questions for Arky fans- serious..

Ags overwhelmingly hate Arlington, despite our success there and can't wait to resume home games at Kyle.
Arkansas travels well there (better than A&M) and really likes having the presence for North Texas recruiting. I was wondering if Arkansas didn't have such misfortune (and seriously there have been so many bizarre endings) would you guys want to keep it going there?
Is the Arlington location generally hated in Arkansas, or is it seen as a decent alternative to playing at Kyle Field?

I'd rather have a home and home a keep Jerry's world for something special out of conference as intended.

A&M’s AD has already stated as much. Hell to the no. On campus is always better.

I like it personally. It was my first time going there this past week and I thought it was great! But home and home would be fine too. Maybe play home and home mostly with every few years a neutral site game.
What I would rather see is Jerry world annually host 2-3 out of conference matchups rotating between all the old SWC teams as “SW classics”. Keep all of our shared history, rivalries, and connections active with each other. SWC teams that are in conference with one another would do home and home games with the ability to opt into a high payout Jerry world game if desired.

Exactly this. As the reason this game is in Jerryworld is 100% Hogs, 0% Ags, Jerry could schedule us there vs TTU, TCU, etc in the off years when we aren't playing A&M in Dallas

The only allure I can see is if it helps in recruiting to play in an nfl stadium. With that said, I believe the hs championships are hosted there so it’s a wash for Texas kids and I don’t think out of state kids gaf

There was a reason A&M needed that game in Dallas when we first moved to the SEC. We were lambasted by the Texas media that A&M would not be playing games in Texas anymore.
Best part it, by keeping that game in Dallas, we got an extra game in Texas every other year. In fact, we actually were able to have more games in Texas per year than we did with the Big 12 because of the 8 game conference schedule. And the best part is we did not have to play in Lubbock, Waco or Austin.

That way if you are a Dallas kid and you go to UA and stay 3 years you are guaranteed to play there once

At this point, he probably wishes he had chosen some other school. He has grown old handing that trophy to A&M most of the time

I think we’re 4-7 at Jerry world. Wish it was better but it’s not that bad. Can still tie the series up before the contract expires

10 out of 11 doesn’t happen with a home and home. Home field advantage matters in college football and Jerry took that away so now this happened. He’s to blame.

There are only two games left under the contract, so best Arkansas can do in Arlington is 6-7.
We lost the first 3 (2009-2011) In first year of SEC, 2012, we played at Kyle and won, then won in Fayettville in 2013. We played at Kyle in 2020 and won.
2014, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22 A&M won 7 of 8.
