Guess not.

Especially one known by some as a “QB whisperer.”

Next stupid question.

This is the wishful thinking everyone is clinging to it seems. Do you think LSU’s only good players were the guys that left after last year? Our recruiting, player development, and team culture will not allow us to fall off. Looking forward to showing it this fall.

Yes, all they had to do is call in the 12th man and they would have won.

Well, they beat our first string, including Joe Burrow, the year before, so I’m going with YES.

I hope not... LSU's starters laid the hammer big-time on A&M, 50-7.

You'd like to think the depth chart wasn't extremely top-heavy, that a lot of guys could have stepped up, given the chance/need.

Look back to 2018, where we had Devin White at middle linebacker. 5th player taken in the draft.
Second string- Patrick Queen. Not as good maybe, but still good enough to go 28th in the first rd, the next year.

Sounds like you are asking if they could beat us this year since especially our starters are last years 2nd team for the most part.

Brennan and LSU were nice to not run up the score on an inferior program.

Lost your best player though which is the equivalent of LSU losing a few players, from a replacement value standpoint

Don't forget, "[they] lost next to nothing." So they are bound to put out the same guys as last season's beatdown.
