Tennessee beats Alabama in the regular season. Alabama beats Tennessee in the SECCG. Playoff committee decides that Tennessee deserves to be the playoffs due to the obvious unmatched dominance it displayed during the regular season along with Alabama.

Alabama ends up a #1 seed while Tennessee nabs #3. They both beat their respective opponents in the semifinals and find themselves matched up one last time in the national championship.

That's a lot of fricking cigars.

WOW! Bama could tie Florida's current win streak over the VO11s.

If lowly OM can pull it off then we can muster up some more wins over them. Remember, no one has beaten Bama more than the Vols

Well we cheat. Tennessee doesn't. That's the difference.

. If we lost to them twice we wouldn't play a 3rd time. Vols vs Bama 3x only happens if Vols win 1 of the first 2 games

If you lose the SECCG, you are probably not going to the playoffs. Oklahoma pulled off losing a conference championship game in 2003, only to play for a natty and lose. It was wrong then. It would be wrong now.

So, maybe possible. I hope to God not.
