For your sake, truly, I hope that Pruitt gets at least some money from the university. You seem like a good guy and I don't want to see you go completely off the deep end.

Lyons set an Oct. 29 deadline for the university to settle with is client. If it doesn’t, he’s pledged a lawsuit that Lyons wrote will embarrass the university and unmask widespread rule-breaking behavior stretching above and beyond Pruitt’s football program, including high-ranking administrators, and impermissible booster involvement in recruiting with multiple Vols athletics programs.
Guess we'll know in about three days.

The last thing the vols have got to wonder about is whether Pruitt has the goods.

Cannot wait. It will be a perfect time to highlight what Alabama and Georgia have done to college football with their complete dearth of ethics, honesty, and decency.

Cam Newton's dad says Hi.

His lawyer's public statements are enough for most judges to grant gag orders and seal court documents, so by simply getting sued they won't get jack shite exposed. Additionally, it's enough to get the lawyer a ringy dingy from the Bar association. And depending on what does get dragged out in court, a decent countersuit against Pruitt.
Tennessee should hold their ground. Don't give in to the slimeball lawyer culture that has done more than its fair share to ruin Western civilization.

All Pruitt needed to drop the gloves against a good man like Richt was a few glasses of booze.
He coming for that arse now.

This isn't good for either side. Stop being so cheap Tennessee, and just pay the man then make him sign an NDA
