Unfortunatel, this is his third year removed from high school so he is eligible.

Jefferson isn’t going anywhere after next year unless he improves like crazy.
He will improve but not to the NFL level next year

He isn't a fifth year senior QB. He will make more improvements next year and be drafted in the first three rounds.
