With Covid-19 rapidly increasing the likelihood of the NCAA cancelling the 2020 college football season, Georgia fans stand ready, for the first time since 1980, to not witness another team hoist a championship trophy.

It's been a long time coming, Dawgs, enjoy it while you can.

Too soon, I pray for the state of Florida in the coming weeks.

It is a lot like Italy in many ways with a large aging community.

Be safe and keep pettiness to a minimum.

Florida man should, for once in his existence, be applauded for trying to maintain some semblance of normalcy in this time of want...the tired, tried and true are comforting when dealing with the unexpected and there is nothing more tired, tried or true than Florida man beating his chest from mid January through Labor Day, extolling the virtues of U of Florida Football dominance...the only exception is the tired, tried and true fact that from Labor Day through January Florida man will find himself mired in yet another 9-3, second or worse place finish in the SEC East. Here here Florida man for much needed consistency when many about you are casting about for answers! Good show....

That was an in-season response to the ridiculous "As the Swamp Burns" off season thread following the all time terrible Georgia loss to South Carolina

Georgia and Florida's programs are pretty identical. Both are has-beens that can make a run in the East only to get shat on by Saban in Atlanta.

Don't know why the fans hate each other so much. They have a lot in common.

No it wasn’t. It started this offseason after Georgia had a ton of people not play in the Sugar Bowl (which we won)

Crazy that mouth breathers like yourself still don't realize that that game was entirely irrelevant. Truly.

-it didn't prevent us from winning the east.
-had we won the SEC, we were still in the playoffs
-if we were undefeated and lost to LSU, we still miss the playoffs
-we still finished top 5 behind all 4 playoff teams

At the end of the day that loss literally cost us nothing

This from a fan of a team that has never played a football game in Atlanta in December.
