Even excluding the 30 games the ncaa decided UA should forfeit or vacate Alabama has still won more games since 1896 than any team in the nation

Either the ncaa is giving UA more credit than they actually won, or stassen.com, which was the website I linked above, isn't giving UA enough credit, because stassen says Alabama has won only 905 games since the first season they played.

but as noted above, the same website that says UA has only 905, not 916, also shows that Alabama has won more than any team since 1896

in other words, if the ncaa says we've won 9 more games than stassen says, then the 1896 totals from stassen should probably have 9 more victories.
