Congrats to Georgia

In the current millennium Georgia has the same number of national championships as:
Tulsa
Bowling Green
Western Kentucky
Berkley
Miami of Ohio
Tulane
Washington State
New Mexico
And many other fine programs. Truly a football blue blood and a member of elite company. Here's to the bull dogs, the truest representative of Georgia sports if ever there was one

Uga has a 15.9% winning record against UK in Basketball. That is about as close to dominated as a program can be. UK owns UGA in basketball. Only a complete idiot would deny this. UK is arguably the best college basketball program in the nation, consistently. That is admirable. UGA ain’t close.
However..... UK has a 16.4% winning record against UGA in football. That is about the same kind of dominance.....and unfortunately for UK it is football season, not yet basketball season. UK has almost the same winning % in football against a top 20 football program as UGA has in basketball against one of the top 5 basketball programs of all time. Yet every year UK comes up with all kinds of ways they can beat UGA in football only to find themselves once again whipped on the field. I don’t know that outside of maybe 2-3 times in my 55 years have UGA fans thought we had a shot at UK in basketball but every year UK football fans get in their delusional minds that they have a shot at UGA in football. Gotta admire that kind of optimism as unfounded as it is.
