State is still a favorite to win the NCAAT. regular season SEC title while going undefeated is clearly more difficult to accomplish than 3 games in 3 days at the SECT.
today's outcome may be more of a blessing than a disappointment for MSU in the NCAAT. now it's back to just basketball instead of always answering questions about being undefeated with national media.
