As an Alabama fan, I am very familiar with how satisfying this accomplishment is.

RAB: Bama makes it look easy to notch 10 wins every year in the SEC West; but it is anything but. Toughest division in the toughest league in America, and I can't see that changing.

Fans can rag Ole Miss as much as they want, but I remember how shitty it felt in the 90’s and early 00’s as an Alabama fan. The first bit of success we had under Saban was in 2008. We lost our last two games and it would be considered a failure now, but it was an exciting season as a fan. You can see the team turning a corner in those situations and the following years were the most enjoyment I’ve had following football because of the lack of recent success. I’m not saying Lane Kiffin is Nick Saban, but Ole Miss had a hell of a year and it’s definitely something to celebrate. Congrats, Rebs.
