Comparing the Alabama-Tennessee Series to other Alabama Opponents in Modern History

Since 2007 Average Margin of Alabama "Rivals":
LSU: 8.3
Auburn: 12.7
Tennessee: 25.3
And of Georgia: 8.3
(although Alabama has played them less than the above teams due to the ridiculous SEC Schedule they force upon the SEC for their fake Tennessee rivalry)
FYI that is not an average margin of Alabama wins, these are how close these games are win or lose. Which in Tennessees case is 0 wins.
So if 25.3 Average Margin in a game consitutes a rivalry, lets see how many SEC teams can claim to be Alabamas rival.
Arkansas: 26
Mississippi State: 20.6
Ole Miss: 20.5
Texas A&M(since 2012): 18.4
WOW! So the Alabama Tennessee rivalry is comparable to Arkansas eh? No wonder the SEC moved Arkansas for Alabama's last game! It fits Alabama's criteria for a relevant rivalry,.

Tennessee is on the up and up with Pruitt. This won’t continue.

Don’t be angry because nobody cares about beating Mississippi State except for Ole Miss. Accept your irrelevance and be happy we allow you to remain in the SEC.

LOL They were on the up and up with:
Lane Kiffin: ditched Tennessee as he considered them a 3rd World Program
Derek Dooley: Fired for apparently being mediocre after being tabbed as the next GOAT
Butch Jones: Fired for apparently being mediocre after being tabbed as the next GOAT. Is Now Sabans Waterboy while Tennessee still pays most of his salary
Pruitt: Now has Tennessee on the up and up after a 2019 Season that featured losses over BYU and Georgia State, and best wins are a 6-6 MSU team that fired its coach, a mediocre Indiana team that Tennessee barely beat, and a South Carolina team that had 4 wins.

Id be embarrassed to brag to people that a program that loses to Georgia State and gets beat annually worse than a FCS program does to a FBS program is a big "rivalry".

The last 10+ years for UT football has been like States' history from inception.
The gutter

At least we can beat them. Didnt they beat state last year?

You've got a worse record against us in the last 50 years than Vandy. Your East "rival" is our whipping boy, and your actual rival has a losing record to us in our lowest era in history.
You're a bottom feeder, and no amount of Bama beatdowns is going to change that.
Oh, and badmouth Arkansas all you want but at least they've made an SECCG this millennium.

Kid, I’m going to try to be nice to you. Tennessee will always be a better, more prolific program than Mississippi State until the end of time.
In the northeast, we often forget your favorite school even exists. Southern Miss has more all time wins bro.
Pruitt was the right hire and is building the program the right way.

VOLS could lose 15 more in a row and TSIO would still dictate scheduling in the SEC.
Sorry State doesn’t matter

This is why Bammers will go out of their way to white Knight for Tennessee, their supposed hated rival

Being 1-1 with Vanderbilt is the right way
Posted on 8/20/20 at 9:51 pm to Mithridates6
yep. They would never trade a guaranteed win if it meant having to play Georgia in the regular season more than once every 7 years.

That's more likely to happen then Tennessee having a relevant program with Alabama or LSU

Did you miss the keyword, “building,” you dumb arse redneck?
Tennessee will win at least 3 more games than Mississippi State this year, and that’s in a 10 game season.

Michigan is 3-17 against Ohio State since 2000. Just saying.

^Doesn't have a fricking clue about history or how rivals/hatred form.

Its funny. I post reality and actual facts. And it appears that like most of the people that complain about life, I have attracted people living in another decade. Impressive if I may say so

Fans of teams who have absolutely no worthwhile history. When cowbell is all you have, you got nothing.
