Comparing 2018-2019 LSU Basketball to 2010 Auburn Football

The facts:
- Auburn/Cam Newton - We know that Cam Newton's father was requesting up to $180K for Cam Newton to play football at Mississippi State.
- LSU/Will Wade - We know that Will Wade spoke with Dawkins multiple time about "offers" to get players to sign with LSU
Assumptions:
- Auburn/Cam Newton - We can assume that Auburn paid close to if not the full $180k or more for Cam Newton to sign with Auburn.
- LSU/Will Wade - We can assume that the offer in question was money, and that at the very least he paid to get Javonte Smart to sign with LSU. More TBD if more wire-taps come out.
So...
- Did Auburn cheat - We can assume so
- Was Auburn still the best team in college football in 2010? - Yes
- Should Auburn vacate their 2010 SEC and National Championships? - No
- Would it even matter if they vacated their title? - No. They were still the best team in everyone's eyes.
- Did LSU cheat? - We can assume so
- Was LSU still the best team in the SEC in 2018-2019? - Yes
- Should LSU vacate their future regular season SEC Championship? - No
- Would it even matter if they did vacate their title? - No. They were still the best team in the eyes of everyone's eyes.... Except butthurt Tennessee fans.

Damn, already wrong right off the bat.
Cecil was *offered up to $180k for Cam to play at MSU. He was approached by the State booster, not the other way around.

There is more hard evidence in this case vs Will Wade in just a few months and 7 pages of a "ATBB" thread than there ever was versus Auburn and Cam Newton in a 2000 page thread dealing with the issue.

Gene Chizik wasn't stupid enough to communicate multiple times on his phone with a runner.
He did not expose his employer to possible NCAA sanctions nor did his personal actions drag his employers name through the headlines highlighting his idiotic recorded conversations.
We've been told by numerous LSU fans that all Wade offered was a strong arse scholarship, nothing more.
