They factor in many things in this poll like championships, heisman winners, star power, players that get drafted….

Below are the top 5 and then the remaining SEC schools

1) Bama
2) Ohio State
3) LSU
4) Oklahoma
5) USC
6)Florida
9) Georgia
13) Auburn
14) Texas
19) aTm

NFLSU is the powerhouse putting 166 players in the NFL with the 2nd most nattys in that time with 3 after Bama.

Sorry Colin LSU is #2 but otherwise he makes a good case for each ranking.

Congrats step brother Aggies you cracked the list but of course you’re way at the bottom as usual! LOL

EDIT: my apologies I missed Auburn at 13

I stopped paying attention to Colin Cowherd when he went on his gun rant.

I stopped paying attention to Colin Cowherd because he's an idiot who says whatever he thinks people want to hear.

Seems like Auburn should be in there somewhere. But it's Cowherd so I don't care

LSU has more national titles than Ohio State in that timeframe with the head-to-head win.

When it comes to the draft and All-Pro players, LSU again is ahead of Ohio State.

Ohio State has lost to 3 SEC teams in national title games by an average of +20 points.

LSU is clearly #2.

You're absolutely right. Ohio State wouldn't even be top 10 on this stupid list if they played in the SEC. Same with Oklahoma.

I said the same thing but he’s factoring in more than just nattys. I still think we’re #2

Yeahhh that's pretty bad.

I'd have Auburn over both UGA and aTm.

I'd also have Florida over OU and USC.

As you should. They have a heisman winner, national title, and argueably should have had another Title opportunity. Yeah they had some rough years, but they also held their own better than most vs a tough rival in bama.

Actually surprised to see TAMU on here, I guess bc of the amount of players drafted.

TAMU has only 2 more wins than mizzou.

Both with 2 top 5 finishes.

both with 5 top 25 finish's.

TAMU 7-8 in bowls
Mizzou 6-6 in bowls

I agree Auburn should be ahead of aTm but they didn’t crack the list. I went back and checked. Many factors are considered not just championships

I would have LSU solidly #2 and have Auburn top 7 or 8.

Yeah, Cowturd only likes has-been programs from his younger years. Ohio State is one of them.

but what do they have against them?

They put players into the league, they won a heisman, they won bowl games, SEC title....
