This was from their radio show out of Birmingham this morning:

Greg McElroy said how many Aggies would return next season that won’t play in their bowl game if they are eligible?

Cole Cubelic said there are some things about this team that I cannot share right now, that the first week in December I will be able to share, depending on how they play out.
They are venturing into very dangerous territory from a roster perspective.

It’s time….

Start the bidding boys!

Time to start cherry picking that #1 class!

Jimbo destroyed FSU’s program.

There’s no conceivable way that overtly buying players at A&M would make the locker room more easily managed for him than it was at FSU.

Only thing that would prevent them leaving is if the NIL deals they signed stipulated they had to stay or they lose some money in the deal
it would be a terrible look on a&m though if they renege on nil money
it will be interesting for sure and depending on what other teams are willing to do NIL wise

That would also have detrimental effects on the locker room. Multiple guys only staying because they want their money while doing the absolute least to contribute…

Talk about a toxic environment.

As I understand it, most if not all NIL contracts are for a calendar school year. And they don't kick in...money paid out...till an athlete is enrolled in school. So, that being the case, nothing can happen till the transfer portal window opens again late Spring. There is a window in Dec, too, however.

The ole *I know stuff but can't tell you right now" maneuver that gets people saying your name. Sounds like posters on the coaching exchange board.

What could he mean, and how would he already know?

Sounds like a little more than your typical "so-and-so player plans to transfer."

I noticed there is a for sale sign in the yard of a certain house in the Woodlands.

Sounds like a bunch of bullshite speculation and conjecture, but I guess so.

I wouldn't play for this stubborn a-hole either. Going to lose a LOT of guys this offseason. Will be very depressing times in CS

Sounds like a bunch of academic suspensions are looming. Maybe those free agents didn't go there to play school.
