It's pretty ridiculous that Texas is 26th and A&M is 30th given the resume of both.

The only teams with a win vs a Coaches Poll top 10 team are Auburn (> Oregon), Kansas St (> OU) and S Carolina (> UGA) -- two were major upsets. There's still time for more CFP contenders to get an upset loss.

Who has either one beat to deserve much respect? Oh, I get it. Aggie lost to better teams so that means they are better. But Tejas at least has BEAT a decent team (6-3 OSU).

True, but Texas also lost to TCU (4-4) and barely escaped a loss to Kansas (3-6).

If bad losses mean much then why is Georgia the highest rated 1-loss team? Too much concern anyway on a poll conducted by asst coaches, wives/girlfriends and ouija boards.
