Have to see how the rest of the season plays out, but he is certainly making a strong case.

Perfect "fit" for LSU, and I don't mean that in a bad way. Seriously, some coaches prosper at a school, and take them to another school, and they look terrible.
When he was hired, I told my Dad that may turn out to be the best move for LSU.
Sometimes, the best thing for a program is getting a coach that understands the school, the state, and its' people.
That's why Arkansas is fricked. We hired a carpet bagger AD in jeffie long that didn't understand Arkansas. He fricked us with firing Petrino and fricked us with his hires and then he rode off into the sunset and left us holding a bag of shite.

I disagree. He hasn’t won a division championship or sec championship. Nor has he beaten Alabama

Coach O has proved that he's not stubborn and willing to change. He realized that he would have to change LSU's conservative offense if they were ever going to become elite again. Will it work? So, far it has. Hopefully, Kirby takes notes from O and realizes that his offensive approach isn't working.

Exactly. Les would still be at LSU had he not been so stubborn and narrow minded about his offensive scheme.

Fisher is better. He left FSU in shambles and is sucking arse at A&M but he talks faster, therefore he is better than O. Rant logic.
