She had a really tough time with complications from a surgery, so I imagine that played into the issues. Pretty sad situation all in all, feel bad for the family.

From all accounts it had been an on going situation post surgery over time, getting worse & worse. Nothing has come out as to what if anything was the final straw but it was not a quick decision on his part.
