Have an upvote for no other reason he loves LSU and is a true cajun. Dude can recruit and I think he's learned to not micro manage over his coordinators like he used to.

For you LSU guys that remember, I posted on Tiger Rant several years ago that after two HC jobs he probably learned a lesson to just hire coordinators he really believed in and stay out of the way. It got to be a long thread. Now whether or not he has I don't know, but it sure looks he may have. He's a players coach and he knows defense. Time will tell but hard to argue what he is doing this year.

I think we all agree that while we don't want LSU to succeed because of their fans, we are torn. Cause we want to see him personally succeed. I was a doubter but I'm buying in to the guy. Seems like a truly good guy.

Nobody said shite about smoking weed with him. Goofy for you ok, but I'd love to have some beers with him. Yeah, he's a different monster but if you claim you'd never want the opportunity to have some drinks with him then you are a damn liar.
