Would Saban consider hiring Coach O as DC to run a 90’s style Miami Defense?

That’s a nasty tandem!! I would enjoy facing them 12 weeks a season.

This seems like a fine idea.

Yeah…

Saban would definitely work out well with the coach who punches himself in the face.
I’m sure he’d love that shite.

I was more thinking of shotgunning Red Bulls and bending metal chairs worst than Scott C.

Can you imagine saban going over different schemes and different looks to confuse the opposing team only to look up and see orgeron ripping his shirt off and punching himself?

Only if it’s an “attacking 4-3”

He is a great DL coach and with the right situation(like we saw) can be a decent HC, but he is not a coordinator.

Very very rarely do you have a coach that is good at all three.

Typically the ones that are great position coaches need lots of foundation around them to be a successful HC.

What freeze did was much worse than Pruitt. There was only a "show cause" for Freeze as a Head Coach for one year. Pruitt may not get a "show cause" for a coordinator position, But he may be barred from direct recruitment for a time. Coach O has a full time job banging young chicks and drinking a case of brew every day.

Saban is not suffering from dementia. Orgeron couldn't coordinate water running downhill.

Orgeron wasn't even a good DL coach. The one job he had where shady recruiting wasn't an asset (Saints), he didn't last very long.
