Why would you say this is PC?
I enjoy reading and continuing to learn more and more about the Civil War. To have this kind of history at our finger tips in our own back yard is pretty cool in my book.
I am looking forward to visiting the Center probably multiple times in the future.

Ironically, Grant was the last president that was a slaveowner.

The library will be a must visit for history lovers.

Cool. I've seen the presidential libraries here in Texas (both Bushes and LBJ), the JFK library in Boston, and the Eisenhower library in Abiline, Kansas. Look forward to seeing this one. Guess I'll need to swing through Little Rock sometime and see Bubba's place, too.

The fact the Grant Presidential Library is located roughly 90 miles from the last bastion of the Confederacy is ironic.

Actually, the opposite. I don't think it is a coincidence NBC released a piece bashing Ole Miss today on holding on to their "southern heritage" and lack of inclusiveness.

Grant's Memoirs, published by Mark Twain, is an excellent read. He owned the deep south. Albeit Alcorn or Jackson State should have hosted the library if it was in MS.

It's downtown on the river. Looks like a huge double-wide on stilts...hard to miss.

It's not ironic it's intentional by the guy that donated all of this to MSU for the library. He picked MSU and Mississippi to donate his lifelong collection to. Thanks bruh!
