Here's a little steal for $13,200 NEAR LSU CAMPUS, WALKING DISTANCE TO THE LAKE AND TIGER STADIUM!
Half a mile to Tiger Stadium, tops. What could go wrong?

Damn, I'm used to Colorado prices - our shacks cost significantly more than that

That's not how this works

STD's, unwanted pregnancies, and blood has been shed at that abode.

Would make a good trap house to set a dealer up in for the college students

No lie, GPS took me through that neighborhood after a night baseball game a few months. Was trying to get back to I-10 south. Was a bit sketchy for a white dude in a sports car.

Most updykes would see that as a dream house

I think you’re allowed to demolish and rebuild, i know on the Bryan side of A&M you can, if the plot is worth investing, you’re right, might be a steal imo

I have never been to BR. Would that be considered one of the nicer sections of town? (asking for a friend)

OMG, HRV has discovered the ghetto between downtown and LSU.
I like that the house is around the corner from Education Street.
Some seriously smart mofos on that street.

Hell no.
Fortunately, no cities outside of Louisiana have ghettoes.
Here in Oregon, we have no homeless people and the police are like the Maytag repairman with nothing to do other than read all the kind notes of appreciation from their adoring public.

Why is PinocchioAg's home for sale?
On a side note, I see why he's crying about Baton Rouge in every other post.
Yeesh

I used to cut through on Washington to/from I-10 all the time. Just one of those places where you are prepared to run stop signs and red lights if that's what it takes to avoid lingering too long.

Dude the equivalent PoS in Colorado goes for at least 10 times the price. And I'm sorry if the fact BR is a hole offends you. It's a fact
