Yeah I said that in jest. Notre dame is a great team though and I wouldn’t be surprised in the least if they find a way to make this series very interesting. And that’s no knock against us, I was very proud of the way we battled today

We were fortunate to win today. ND is a handful. Proud tho the way we respond. Easily the best, most competitive game in a while, possibly the season

I agree to an extent—ND left plenty of runners on base in big situations and made 4 errors for the first time all year. But to play devils advocate I can think of 3 plays off the top of my head they made that were outstanding plays and saved 3 runs. It evened out and at the end of the day we came up with big hits when it mattered. They’re a great team though and beating them once out of the next 2 will be a huge challenge.

Well, if our pitchers had coordinated better with Notre Dame hitters, things would have been a lot more clear...guess they didn’t get the memo
