That LSU-Tennessee game in February is gonna be a good one. Im expecting LSU faithful to be out in full force.

I need to get my tickets soon before everyone else catches on.

11:00 am tip on a Saturday definitely doesn’t work in LSU’s favor though

Baskets went straight trash years ago. It is not governed by a voluntary agreement with the National Collegiate Athletic Association so much as it is mandated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. You don't get a letter of reprimand. You get indicted. You don't hire a coach you hire a blind street walker with some baby sitting skills combined with strong parenting instincts. With a "I know nothing, I see nothing" Nazi prison camp mentality.

The NCAA's goal as it relates to basketball? Contain it and keep it from infecting football. And get as many Catholic and private schools and Ivy's as possible in the tournament to put a pretty picture on it. Duke and some of the biggies get the best players balanced against the least likely to embarrass the school and it goes down hill from there. By the time it gets to LSU's turn to choose the student-athletes (who can play) are mostly gone and some of the non-violent guys too. The jury is still out on whether Wade can handle his fine young men like the Bruce Pearls. So far he is impressive.

why wouldn't you be proud of being in the top 7% of D1 teams? Sometimes UK fans are intolerable.

LSU will eventually make the top 10...I know we’re not allowed to talk about sports on this board, not really, but LSU is the second best team in the conference...they made a believer out of me in Oxford last week...

Why is Ole Miss ahead of LSU with same record and LSU with a double digit win @ Oxford?

Ole Miss' only conference loss is to LSU in their building. LSU is 4-0 in conference, ole Miss 4-1. Identical overall records.. do the AP voters even watch the games?
