Well... ours wasn't because of fraud; it was because kids were getting textbooks on the cheap.

It wasn't so much getting textbooks as it was getting a 2nd or 3rd copy

I mean, textbooks are hideously expensive. There needs to be a RICO investigation into it. Our kids broke the rules the same way Robin Hood did, stealing from the rich and giving to the poor.
