20/25 184 YDS 1 TD so far. Getting lots of help from his Defense, but none from the run game.

He's the qb that got Mizzoi to the number 1 ranking before losing to OU in The conference championship.

I was beyond angry when the Saints let him walk.

Yeah threw over 12000 yards for us, 101 TDS, 68% completion, 30 wins in 3 seasons as starter.

Had a 12-2 2007 season culminating in a 38-7 whooping of Arkansas in the Cotton Bowl.

edit: He's only 32.

Prior today he'd played in like five regular season games in his NFL career and made 34 million dollars.

When Daniel was with the Chiefs, Alex Smith said Daniel was his favorite back-up ever.

Someone asked me today why Daniel never got a starting job.

Daniel was Mizzou's best QB ever. He was keen on defenses. He would a call a play or get a play from the sidelines, come to the line, and you can see him look over the defense...he took his time, but he would look over the defense and if he see something in the defensive set up that he knew would make the play he or the sideline called ineffective, he would call an audible.

He was really good folks....really good.
