The 5 seed and 6 seed basically get better than a bye week because of letting 2 cream puffs in. They get a tune up game before they play a real opponent.

Agreed. But we all also need to get a grip. No one is arguing Alabama, ND, or Miami is the best team in the country, so whoever gets that last slot is not the end all be all.
JMU doesn't deserve a chance to play for a championship, but I would say most of the teams on the list do not. We all knew this was coming and when we expand to 16 I am sure it will be the same screaming begging and cajoling for 14-16.

Indiana and Texas Tech both being top 4 is truly amazing. Getting overshadowed with the also-ran bullshite

OSU only dropping 1 spot is BS to me.
They have played 3 teams all season.
They have played 3 teams all season.

Reece Davis is such a company man. Saying despite Notre Dame’s loses they are Notre Dame..

So Georgia at 3 means Bama is in

#1 seed Indiana... well earned but also sounds odd to hear.

Texas Tech streaming their watch party on a potato.

Not after how Ohio St has dominated the SEC the past couple of seasons.

In general, yes. But this year more than last we need the next 3 weeks to recover.

Non-conference champion Ohio State ahead of conference champion Georgia is certainly a choice

Bama definitely in. They are barely even counting CCGs at this point. Same as last year

I know, I’m not saying they shouldn’t be #1, they should be. I just mean it’s just weird to hear Indiana’s name at the top of the college football rankings.

How often has it happened that following a conference championship the loser only drops one spot? What was the reward for Georgia for playing the SECCG?
They should be 2.
They should be 2.
