3. Alabama: The Crimson Tide should return four of the top seven scorers from a team that won the SEC regular-season title and SEC Tournament - most notably Jaden Shackelford and Jahvon Quinerly. The expected additions of five-star point guard JD Davison and four-star big Charles Bediako would give Nate Oats a chance at back-to-back conference championships.
14. Kentucky: The expected return of Keion Brooks, Dontaie Allen and Jacob Toppin gives John Calipari a core of three players who averaged at least 14 minutes per game this season. He'll fill out the roster with a top-five recruiting class and at least two impactful transfers - namely Kellan Grady (Davidson) and Oscar Tshiebwe (West Virginia).
16. Arkansas: The Razorbacks are likely losing a lot - including projected first-round pick Moses Moody. But JD Notae should return as a double-digit scorer, and Eric Musselman is already reloading, most recently with Au'Diese Toney, a transfer from Pitt who averaged 14.4 points and 5.9 rebounds this season.
20. Tennessee: The Vols will likely lose five-star freshmen Jaden Springer and Keon Johnson. But if the other non-seniors return, Tennessee will have five of its top eight back to pair with the best point guard in the Class of 2021 (Kennedy Chandler) and another newcomer who just averaged 11.7 points while shooting 44.2% from 3-point range at Auburn (Justin Powell).

Is this really a bad thing? I was not impressed by either whenever watching Tennessee play.
I wish them success in the NBA, but they were not a good fit in that system.

I was told Auburn was a basketball school. Someone lied to me!

Unrelated to the topic, but it's time for Howland to retire.

His game will translate to the NBA fairly easily.
I don't understand wtf happened to him against Baylor though. Its like he got his talent stolen by the Monstars before the game.

They're blue bloods now. Just ask them.

We don't even know what our team is going to look like yet

Outside of the Tech game, he basically played like that all tournament.
People talk about the Baylor game because it was the bigger game but he was worse against Oral Roberts imo

I’m sure VOLS will get a nice bump when Huntley Hatfield officially reclasses and joins the roster because he’s a top 5 player in his class but it will be very interesting to see how he fits in.

Colgate, Tech, Baylor and ORU schemed to slow down Moody and it worked.

ETA....i just reread that quote and must admit that i must have had a mini-stroke and missed "a chance at" somehow.

Yeah I thought both underwhelmed and could benefit by returning. Keon seemed to be a ball hog and took a lot of bad looks, and Springer seemed a bit timid.

Oh no! We didn’t make the way too early too 25!!!
See you in the Final four. Oh wait, you’ll probably choke against a 11 seed again

I’d rather choke in the Sweet 16 than have a postseason ban.

The 11 seed that made the Final Four and took “the greatest team of all time” to overtime?
Okay. Bummer.

Bama should be poised to defeat a team higher than a 10 seed next season.

JeaLSU should be poised to go winless against Bama again.
