You don't seem to understand the position I'm talking about is like the QB of a Saban defense. They have to make all the calls on the field etc.

The original starter was Dylan Moses, his backup in that role was McMillion, who also tore an ACL.

Next guy up - Shane Lee. True Freshman who didn't make the 2 deep last year...because players came back from injury.

Two linebackers out still doesn't make for an "extremely depleted" team.

Also, McMillon was getting reps at Will linebacker and the official Alabama depth chart lists Shane Lee as Moses' backup.

It's likely Harris was going to beat out McMillon at the Will spot anyway.

A&M hasn’t beaten nor played Alabama close in like 9 years

What does that have to do with 2021?

In 2020 LSU had beaten Alabama a year ago and got fricking smoked.

If Moses hadn't been injured then McMillion would have started elsewhere. That's pretty normal, as I said it's the position that has to call the defense.

Alabama doesn't have an official depth chart really. It'll often list guys in multiple positions and even then it will feature a bunch of "or" in a list sorted by seniority. What you saw was probably just a way of listing players.

If Moses hadn't been injured it'd have likely been Moses and Harris, like I said, Harris would've beaten out McMillon if McMillon wouldn't have gotten injured so early.

So essentially Shane Lee was the only non starter in. You also said he was pushed out of Alabama's two deep because guys returned from injury but Moses was the only player that applied to.

I don't know, the article just said "Alabama releases official depth chart."

I took it for what it said.

Good, gonna beat the brakes off those inbred cousinfrickers in the afternoon just like 2019

Good luck with that. Joe Burrow, Joe Brady, and Scott Cochran ain't walking through that door.

How many starters do we have at linebacker on that "official depth chart"?

If you want articles just google: alabama injuries 2019

If you read the whole post and have the common sense of a tortilla chip, you could see me responding to a particular post with a particular point.

This is pretty funny coming from a fan base who couldn't have cared less than Alabama in 2019 was an extremely depleted team, and you still only managed to win by 5 points. We lost multiple strings, not just players, but multiple strings at the ILB

How do y’all Bama fans, call lsu fans hypocrites; yet post comments like this and actually truly believe it as a justifiable excuse?!?

If this is a viable excuse that you don’t mind throwing out there when defending yalls lost to us in ‘19; then you better never say a negative word about our 2020 season. If you want to see a depleted team; take a look at our roster last year. A depleted roster, in a year with no spring or fall camp/practice; with brand new DC, etc; imagine trying to overcome all of those obstacles. Yet when Bama faces only ONE of those obstacles; it’s understandable to see regression.
