Pretty excited to play against a solid team in a decent bowl game. Could be worse, could've beaten both our rivals and have to watch them in the playoffs while we go up against UCF.

Meh, it's the third time in 10 years or there about. I was hoping for Michigan or Michigan State. Something new

I'm jealous. Auburn has never played Notre Dame.

This will be the 12th meeting with ND holding a 6-5 game advantage. I was kind of hoping for Michigan whom LSU has never played, but Notre Dame is just as good a matchup imo.

It's weird how these out-of-conference games end up coming together. It'd be nice to get a little more diversity in the schedules. I for one have had enough of playing Clemson just about every year.

Bar none, the most miserable, overrated road game I’ve ever attended.
But that’s a thread for the offseason.
Good luck, LSU!

LSU-Notre Dame is easily one of the most attractive match ups out there.

This is one time that I will pull against our SEC brethren. Though if LSU wins I will be happy for them. Always have been a ND fan though.
Basically I win either way. But will be ever so slightly be pulling for the Irish ??.
