Lateral coaching move but for quite a bit more money, so net gain. In a world of mercs, not sure where the problem resides.

Seems like a lateral move
LSU was a downgrade from ND but Brian Kelly still went which gives us Auburn fans hope.
Kirby was a lock to take over Bama when Saban retired but he got impatient and took a big risk on a program that had been very mid and was able to get them to a title after not sniffing a title for 40 years.
No obvious top flight openings coming up which gives us a solid shot at Kiffin.

You do realize it took you 19 years to catch up and go ahead in the series? You think to highly of yourselves.

Not sure what you mean. The only SEC blue blood on par with Notre Dame is Alabama by any relevant metric. I'm not sure if you guys are being serious acting as if LSU is on par with Notre Dame in terms of being a blue blood... that's straight delusional
13 consensus titles
Played in the BCS title game in 2013 then had playoff appearances in 18 & 20... it was literally your coach who lost those big games
Second most players ever drafted
Fourth highest winning % all time

I don’t I think he knows Saben will be retiring in the next few years and would want that job and would have to be 1 of the bed coaches for the Bama job
How much for a gallon of that moonshine?
