You realize that Bo Jackson missed almost his entire junior season due to injury, right?
So all those numbers you posted - Jackson basically did that in three years.
I love LSU and Kevin Faulk, but you are making a losing argument.

Ours would probably be:
NFL: Lance Alworth
MLB: Cliff Lee
NBA: Joe Johnson

I believe LSU is the only school in the SEC to have Heisman, Golden Spikes and Adolph Rupp winners.

Football - George Rogers, Sterling Sharpe
Basketball - Alex English, Mike Dunleavy, Brian Winters
Baseball - Mookie Wilson, Dave Hollins, Adam Everett, Brian Roberts, Steve Pearce, Justin Smoak, et al.
And actually, SC also has a two sport All-American in Jeff Grantz when I was in school. LINK Grantz was a second team All-American at QB and a second team All-American 2nd baseman and shortstop that played for a CWS Championship with the Gamecocks in '75.

I know we've had a Heisman in George Rogers, a Golden Spikes in Kip Bouknight and they did not begin awarding the Rupp Trophy until the year after John Roche graduated, my Sophomore year at Carolina, or else he would have won it. John Roche MASH HERE was recently voted the 20th best player to ever play in the ACC, was named to the First Team all 50th Anniversary ACC Team along with the likes of Jordan, David Thompson, etc., and was both First Team All-American and First Team Academic All-American.
He's still the single greatest point guard I've ever seen play the game and no one has ever mastered the baseline drive like him before or since.

I don't even think Shaq was the greatest basketball player ever to play at LSU. In my book, it is
1) Pistol Pete
2) Chris Jackson (aka Mahmoud Abdul Rauf)
3) Shaq

Probably the luckiest player in NBA history for that reason. Will always love him for his Clutch City days, though.

John Roche??
Pete Maravich - 44 pts/gm
Baseline drive? Pete mastered everything.

Emmitt Smith for football, and...uh...David Eckstein and Al Horford for baseball/basketball.

Piston is #1..obviously...even Shaq will tell you that. but Shaq is easily #2...he was one of the most dominant centers to ever play the game. Chris was just another great shooter.

Numbers mean nothing. Everybody will tell u Bo was a better back than Kevin Faulk. Bo is one of the greatest talents at RB ever and the greatest athlete of all time.

And for the Bama fans.
Bo >> any RB or QB y'all have had
Barkely >> Horry
Thomas >>>>>> all of Bama's baseball players combined

Shaq dominated in college simply because of his size. He was, however, quite uncoordinated. His freshman year he couldn't even make a damn layup, and he repeatedly bricked easy dunks. I know, because I watched it.
He eventually got some of the basics down, and then dominated simply because nobody could match up with him physically. This does not mean he was a skilled player by any means.
Chris Jackson, on the other hand, was a prolific scorer, a highly skilled player, set not just school records but NCAA records, and then left LSU after only two years.
Clearly, this is a matter of opinion, but mine is that Chris Jackson was the better player at LSU.
