He obviously didn’t graduate? He’s white so no racism in play? So can someone explain this to me? Yet the kid who had the dying grandparent wasn’t. Man there is just something that STINKS about Georgia. Goofball coach yet all these 5 stars. This. It’s just blatant cheating right? But I probably would want my team to cheat too if I hadn’t experienced a Natty in my lifetime? And I’m not that young!

Not sure.

Out of conference transfer seems to matter.
Prior redshirt also seems to matter.
Being a QB for some reason seems to matter.

This question would best be directed to the ncaarant.com but I'm happy to give you the tendancies from prior eligibility grants.

He suffered a season ending injury in the 2nd quarter of the first game of the 2019 season.

So he basically already sat out a year.

Make up for Justin Fields getting immediate eligibility due to fake racism

Yes, our goofball coach is just a cheater, while your goofball coach used his hyper-exceptional coaching acumen to lead a team of 2-stars to a natty. Got it

Similar thing happened to a player at Troy several years back. Not regarding transfers, but more the redshirt rules. He played here and there on special teams, in a few games, then got injured and was out for the year. At the start of the next season, his senior year, he had to sit out some games for it to count as a medical redshirt.

It's not a smelly as LSU's pass defense.

And he was injured 99% of last year. That's probably why he got eligible so soon.

They saw what UGA was without him.... and they need UGA to be great in order for the SEC to look good.

The system has always been stacked towards the top teams.

The rules apply differently for some of us.

While I agree shouldn't UGA hold the same standard to the kid trying to play at Ole Miss?
