It's been a while since last attending a home game. My usual routine is to miss out parking on Drake Avenue and walk 3/4 a mile.

I might bring my bike with me though, would I have any trouble biking to the game and locking it up close to the stadium?

Yeah, there's a huge bike rack along the north end zone side of the stadium. No problem.

You can lock it up at the rec right across the street.

Just know you’re going to be seen as the a-hole who is riding a bicycle through people walking shoulder to shoulder to the stadium.

Idk, can you? Do you have the motor skills that it takes to pull off this feat? It seems like a daunting task, I know, but where there's a will, there's a way. Go get em champ. Just a bit of advice...leave your auburn flag and your bikelight and bikehorn at the house before you leave...some kid may think you're a dork and throw a stick in the road to frick with you.

If I get there at kickoff there won't be much of a crowd, wonder if there will still be scalpers?

I applaud this thread.

I rode a bike to a Twins game one time and was able to park at the stadium. Avoided the hassles of vehicle traffic and paid parking.

Many college campuses are becoming more bike friendly. LINK

You could just wear your heelys and wheel on into the game with no bike rack and lock hassle

Does it have training wheels? They might get boosted.

Pretty sure there is none racks near the stairs in the parking deck by the stadium

Don't take my word for it though

Why wouldn't you be able to bike? I've never been to JH, so maybe I don't understand. Are there some sort of obstacles preventing bikes from getting there?

People ride their bikes on game day all the time. Not sure why he would be an a-hole. It’s not that packed pregame. Golf carts drive around and cars with internal campus parking passes drive around. Now if you leave after the game, when everyone else does, you will have to walk it for a block or two because of the crowd.

Plenty of bike racks at Haley and the student union.
