(1)Alabama vs. UL Lafayette
63-3, Alabama. Tua time is well and alive.
Arkansas vs. Texas A&M
41-10, Texas A&M. Aggies get glad.
Tennessee vs. (2)Georgia
59-7, Georgia. UGA won the East during offseason tho.
Southern Miss vs. (10)Auburn
45-10, Auburn. Takin' care of business.
Tennessee St. vs. Vanderbilt
38-3, Vanderbilt. Vandy rebounds.
Florida vs. (23)Mississippi State
27-17, Florida. Decent game, but Florida pulls away.
South Carolina vs. (17)Kentucky
27-16, Kentucky. We'll try, but Snell will smell the endzone a lot.
Ole Miss vs. (5)LSU
51-34, LSU. These defenses will struggle, but Ole Miss will be Ole Pissed.

If we win at Miss State we are way ahead of schedule under Mullen. I sure as hell hope it happens. But Vegas has us -9 after Miss State got beat up and we won easily...which tells me they really like State in this match up. Can't say I honestly disagree. They should win the line of scrimmage.

Nah, I'm forreal (hate to admit it).
Y'all are a good team and are definitely capable of taking advantage of our obvious weaknesses. One of our biggest downfalls is our run D and y'all have a monster in Snell. He could easily hit 200 if it goes best-case scenario for y'all.
Y'all also have a 4-game winning streak on us. You've beaten better Gamecock teams with worse Kentucky teams, so I don't see how we would be favored after taking all of this into consideration.
Too bad UGA is a top-tier team or y'all would probably win the East this year.

I think it'll be more of a mental thing in this game for Miss rather than a "we're the better team" thing for Florida. I do understand that this game is @ Miss St., but I'm calling this game the upset of the week. If Miss takes the Kentucky L the wrong way like I feel they will, then the game could be pretty bad if their will is weak enough.

We have the mental advantage of our coach knows their team. I think that's our best advantage. Mullen and the staff most likely know more about those kids than their current coaches, because they coached them for years and watched them in high school as well.
Doubt Morehead knew anything about their players before getting the job offer.

UL Lafayette lost to fellow Sunbelt team Coastal Carolina at home last week. Coastal Carolina started a freshman QB.
They are not a good team, even vs their peers.
I'm just glad Bama has them now so they can fix all the problems with their offense before they get any deeper into SEC play.

Neither are we scoring 51 IMO. I’d lower both of those scores by 10 and it looks about right.
