Buy or Sell: LSU finishing 1st or 2nd in the West

Im selling. Even IF the LSU Tigers beat AU (which they wont), they will not make it through the gauntlet starting with Ole Miss, Florida, Georgia, Miss St, Alabama without multiple losses. I think LSU loses to AUBURN, UGA, FLORIDA, BAMA and possibly MSU.
7-5, not a bad season considering who's the head coach. Middle of the pack West team

Third option. If I had to pick now, I hold because this season looks like anything can happen (at least for the SEC). My intuition says to hold. We'll know more about LSU after Week 3.

Frankly there’s a minuscule chance (despite the division’s strength) anyone not named Bama wins the West. Just my opinion.
No one thought Bama could possibly do anything to go any higher as a program. Except now they have an elite QB for the first time in Saban’s tenure. It’s the most frustrating f**king shite imaginable.

Yea I mean bama is gonna win the west. Their defense is going to get better and Tua will see more and more reps until eventually he’s in full time.

History is not in your favor.
LSU has only finished outside of the top 3 just one time since 2000 (they finished 4th in 2014).

LSU looks like a 9-3 squad at this point. Finishing 9-3 in the tough West this year (plus a bowl win) would probably be enough for LSU to finish in the top 11. Considering preseason expectations, I think LSU fans should be pretty happy if that’s the end result. Having said that, I don’t think it would satisfy a large portion of the LSU fan base.
