Why is this always the argument?
First two NFL heading coaching years for argument.
Saban 15-17 in Miami
Gruden 16-16 in Oakland

Without Dungy, Gruden never wins a Super Bowl.

That's like saying without mike shula, saban doesn't win a national title.

Not at all. Saban continued to climb up after the 2009 title. Meanwhile, after using Dungy's players to win a SB Gruden trended down.
Not to mention Saban recruited key players that led to his first title at Bama.

This is true. I don't think they win the super bowl in 2002 without Gruden though. They were getting blown out by the Eagles every year until Gruden came along and got them over the hump.
