Records are made to be broken over time as variables change and advance. All except Ripken’s consecutive games played streak and Joe D’s 56 game hit streak.

JFF was revolutionary at the time.

The time between Manziel leaving A&M and Joe Burrow starting college was 2 years

And Manziel was not the first QB of his kind either.
