If Barnes gets $4.7M and lost both times to Bruce, who also took his team to the Final Four and should be national champions (even as his best player got hurt and was out the final 2 games), what is Bruce worth?

At Iowa he got outbid for a player and ratted out the other coach to the ncaa.
At UT he asked players and parents to lie to the ncaa and anybody that thinks it was merely about a cookout is very naive. For that he was fired and received a show cause from the ncaa.

He will get a substantial raise.......as he should. I think he wants his assts. to get pay raises also......which they will.

Would be nice to see him prefer investment in the program in general, facilities, coaches, etc... And it seems like that is where he is going

This has already been approved.
I don't blame him one bit for wanting a raise for himself and his assts. They all deserve it. He was like the 36th highest paid HC last season. I feel he is much better than the 36th best coach in the nation.
