Why does he refer to himself as “the offensive coaching staff”?
Because he made sure pre-season to cover his tracks. He said he’d be involved in game prep and he, Nix, Austin would share play calling duties.

Brother Hugh’s “Man of Faith” and taking personal responsibility seem to fly right out the window when his coaching is called into question.
He has that televangelist in him. He’s Jim Baker in the coaching profession.

In this day and age of college football, this is how you lose players very quickly to the portal. It's one thing to get them to stay if they love the place vs the money. It's impossible to keep them if they hate where they are and other places paying the same or more.

Can you describe, in detail, what the 'Auburn Man' looks like?

Freeze seems to be more like Husky Harsin than anyone.

We did learn from it. We fired the coach and hired Sark.

This. Never understood why people were excited when Hugh was hired. He’s overrated as a coach (one 10 win season a decade ago at Ole Miss). He’s also a piece of shite human. The experiment will hopefully be over sooner rather than later because the writing is on the wall.

This was the most predictable Hugh Freeze quote ever. You won't ever hear him say that it was on him. He's never been accountable in his life

Sounds like he should seek out a career in politics

At this point, I’m preparing for the worst until or unless Hugh proves me wrong

I legitimately think it all comes down to him getting an high level QB and at least one elite WR.

When he had those two elements at Ole Miss he could punch above his weight roster wise.

Without them he’s like a power pitcher who lost his fastball.
