After the disaster he inherited, that is amazing.
Much more impressive than Saban going 6-6 his first season at Bama and Kirby taking a 10 win Richt team and only getting 8 wins his first year

Your youth is showing. The Bama team they Saban inherited wouldn’t even sniff the depth chart on this 2022 LSU team outside of 1 or 2 guys on each side of the ball.

They did better than I thought they would the first year. Nothing to be ashamed of.

Not sure about being scared. No doubt Kelly came in and righted the ship and got everyone on the same page. No denying LSU exceeded expectations and had a very good year and some quality wins.

Not denying that but look how close they came to losing 5 or even 6 games.
Not sure the LSU faithful would be having the same lovefest had the ball bounced in a different direction vs Bama and Auburn.
