Honestly, this is a more Ed O thread and the answer would have incredibly been YES and YES with a bullet. Kelly will at the very least be a solid, steady hire that I believe has the capability to be really good here. Having lived through the Miles and O years it is very 2000ish to see a grown up leading the program again.
