I actually think there is something to this, I don’t think bama has gotten worse like so many gumps but that so many SEC teams have improved greatly

Why was he able to beat Nick Saban in his first year at lsu?
1) LSU played one hell of a game.
2) LSU is very well coached. Very few self-inflicted unforced penalty errors that kill drives and take points off of the board
3) Alabama was just two points shy of being good enough to win that game on that night

A few years ago Saban stockpiles the players Brock Bowers, Harold Perkins, Will Campbell, Nolan Smith, Jacoby Stevens, Kayshon Boutte etc…
That shits over

Well, the 2012 and 2020 Alabama teams would beat the 2022 Alabama team like a red-headsed stepchild, too.
So........probably has a lot to do with that.
I don't disagree.

It's both Alabama having a bad year for whatever reason, and Kelly being a shockingly good coach with what will probably be his least talented team.
Beware.
shite just changed.

Ohh that is BS. LSU fans are always talking about how a loss to LSU changed the trajectory of a program. Dabo was winning before watson and before Lawrence and he is likely to go unbeaten in conference play with a conference title this year.

And notre dame fans claim that while that is true to an extent, kelly also had some weird requirements for being recruited by him at Notre dame that they didn't have under any other coach and at other times he was just lazy in getting some guys.
