Ya, the SEC needs to stop intra-conference poaching of assistants at least.
Hurts the conference as a whole. Have teams steal other conferences talents.
Definitely not saying this because I’m salty Bama did this during our recruiting weekend when we are looking at a good shot at flipping Byron Young (that shot no longer exists.)

Not a lot MSU can do. Coaches realize Alabama is a springboard to a big leap in pay at another gig after only a season or two.

Dang good defensive line coach. State was hell on DL under Baker and he will have that type of talent every year at Alabama.

All our rivals were laughing at the staff turnover a week ago. Nobody’s laughing now. All Saban did was go out and hire a better staff. ??

I laugh because you hired a goomba from State that no one knows. He might be good for defense, but State just had like the best defense Eva. State also plays way less talented teams than Alabama does.
