He was an idiot thinking he could bully ball LSU and Alabama in the SEC.

But he could probably do that for a PAC 12 school, why hasn't a college team contacted him? I understand no SEC schools but no group of 5? No ACC? No PAC 12?

If I were Boston College I would give him a call. That seems like a good fit

Yeah BC would be a good fit. He may also just be waiting for a B1G job to open up, he did great things at Wisconsin.

Maybe is next season a team like Maryland of Purdue opens up he jumps back in

Hugh Freeze, Dabo and Urban showed the formula to beating Alabama. Big physical receivers, at least a semi-mobile QB that can throw the ball decent. You can't beat Alabama running the ball up the middle and trying to out man them. You beat them on the edges with speed.

He doesn't want to coach college ball. He was always trying to make his way to the NFL. He has spoken about this.

His OL coach is a better coach than he is.

He could go as a double for fat Pitt when he's tired and needs a cheeseburger break.

No he isn't. We stopped paying him. Breach of contract.

He's an Iowa alum. He's probably in good shape to replace Ferentz when he retires given his track record in the conference at Wisconsin and his ties to the program.

Until then why not collect super bowl rings in New England.

After his Oline coach left his tenure unraveled.

That Craig Biggio guy is an idiot. LSU fans should be the last people to laugh at a school hiring a line coach as head coach.

Bret ate up the competition, but it was in the kitchen and not on the playing field.

He's going to stay in the NFL if he can. We are finding out recently that one of his big problems while here was alcoholism. Sorta like Kevin Sumlin, this dude was showing up to recruiting in home visits staggering drunk.

He has long said it was his goal to make it to the NFL so he can coach the best players in the world.

Only way he goes back down to collegiate ranks is if nobody will have him in the pros.
