Oats isn't going anywhere. Maybe he'd have gotten a look if Bama made it past the Sweet 16. I'd think a blue blood like North Carolina would want a little more of a tournament resume from whoever they hire.

I'd imagine if Oats gets a call he's good as gone, and can't blame him. UNC is one of, if not the best jobs out there.
