Kelly showing he will play the best players

Myles will have a good life - and he’ll always be QB2 on THE Greatest Team Ever

Brennan has a better relationship with the players than BK ever will. You have to wonder if a rift is forming. I’ll let y’all know what I hear

You do realize the Brennan family are big money in the restaurant business? He'll be fine.

It's going to be a hoot when Daniels gets the nod over Nuss. Nuss may transfer out.

Brennan rode a roller coaster in his time at LSU for sure. As a football fan you just hate not to get to see his talent after all he's been through. Best of luck to the kid.

Classy post and I agree. Hate to see it end like this after everything he's been through

BK ran off experienced QBs.

The incumbent starter (who would not have been the starter in 2020, 2021 or 2022) because he was going to be beaten out by Myles Brennan and potentially Garrett Nussmeier, again.

Myles Brennan entered the portal, and then was rerecruited to LSU. He was then beaten out by a sophomore and a senior in fall camp. Neither was "ran off".

LSU doesn't have the talent to run a freshman QB out and win. Everyone minus LSU fans can see this train wreck coming.

LSU has a top 3 WR room in the SEC with 3 very talented backs. Also, a freshman will not start unless a senior and a sophomore get injured.

Sucks for Brennan - he clearly loved LSU and stuck around a few times when he could have gone elsewhere and it just never worked out. Nobody's fault, certainly not Kelly's, just part of life.

Looked close between Daniels and Nuss, but Nuss missed some time last week and it looks like Daniels has the lead.

Howard was coming off of a broken leg his senior season and isn't really expected to play much this year. You'll likely see both Daniels and Nuss play early in the year unless one fully separates himself.

What are the odds LSU can’t find a serviceable QB and Boutte quits to get ready for the NFL after a few games?

I’m thinking we’re looking at at least a 20% chance of that.

All three of the remaining QBs on LSUs roster are 10x better than T.J Finley and Zach Calzada

His stats are concerning but ASU has been a dumpster fire hasn’t it?

Dude has it all and more physically.

No reason to think he won’t be improved with a better program.
