We have talked about it on the board. Boosters are ruining the program because they feel they can control it. Listen to Brando.
And it all started with the Hiring of one thug. Ross Bjork. He was the mind that got Ole Miss in trouble and now he is doing it to TAMU.
When you buy a class you need money. And now they MONEY men want control.
Ask Auburn how that program is.

All Bjork had to do was shut the frick up and not give “exemplary cooperation” to the NCAA and we likely don’t get hammered. He’s a fricking next level moron.

Yep. Where do you suggest the money to fund the program comes from? All my $ goes to tuition at Auburn so I can't help in that regard.

That's not Auburn. That's every major college program.
Ask an Alabama fan what things were like post-Bear up until Saban was hired. Take a look at how things have gone for Tennessee once Phil stopped coaching or Florida when Spurrier and Urban left town.
Saban changed the game. Coaches became million dollar investments. Recruiting became about building Taj Mahals to attract players. Now add in NIL and what you're asking is something very, very few programs are going to have the ability to consistently accomplish.
Ask any politician if they have a soul left to them after they raise the money it takes to win an election. That's modern college football and it's going to be very interesting to watch what happens with programs like Alabama and Georgia when Saban and Kirby leave the picture.

Every program has boosters. Not all of them demand control or seek to sabotage that program if they are told they can not control it.

SEC contract gives every program a lot of money. Until those rouge boosters are gone who are trying to control through whatever means they can, your program will continue to look like it is: dysfunctional

All those 5 stars went to A&M just for the money. They are trying to take short cuts like Brando says. It’s all a farce.

The last 16 months is what we've seen when the boosters don't have control. Let them take charge again.
