If Georgia was serious about football they would not play Florida in Jacksonville.
1. Jacksonville is 70 miles from Gainesville 300 plus to Athens.
Much easier for Florida Students to get to Jacksonville.
2. Georgia blows a recruiting weekend to get recruits on campus. Florida can still do it.
3. Jacksonville is a gator town.
4. Atlanta is 300 plus miles away a Dawg town.
5. Jacksonville is basically a hometown for the gators.
Georgia boosters use this as a vacation to go to the coast and Islands winning the game is is behind the vacation.
If Georgia really was serious they move the game to Athens for their home games.
It is like those big 10 idiots who agreed to play in the Rose bowl UCLA's home field. Pac 10 has had an advantage in that deal for years.

Bro, you've already earned my support in next off season's worst poster tourney. You can quit making shitty threads now.

Why? We make a ton more money playing there than a home game.

False, neither team can

It sure hasn't helped them in the series overall.

He's a true Saban discipline. Never look at the scoreboard. Every shitty post and thread has a life and expectation all it's own.

Is that why miami sucks at football? They dont have an on campus stadium?
Distance to destination impacts wins and losses? (You do know that we fly down there and have a quicker commute than UFs buses?)
I guess we just arent serious about football, Paaawwwl.

You know what? This might actually be the thing that Kirby needs to finally get Georgia recruiting back on track.

Saban was the only coach in LSU history to keep the outside influence out of his program
No other coach has been able to do it
No other coach has been able to do it

You are wrong Florida coaches give kids Friday morning and Sunday.

Do you sit around and think about how you can make your next thread even shittier than your last?

If you think flying from Athens is quicker than busing from Gainesville you are and idiot.
This type deal was proven between 2 business men in Cullman Alabama. In the late 80's they made a $10,000 bet that 1 could drive to Atlanta vs Flying out if Birmingham from Cullman. Guy driving won easy.

Lmao, you just repackaged the same point like 5 times and called it a list
It doesn't matter if Jacksonville is closer to UF and in Florida. We can fly the team down in a plane and get to JAX before Florida gets there on a bus. No advantage for UF over UGA in the travel department.
And who gives a shite about the fan make up of the surrounding city when the inside of the stadium is guaranteed 50/50?
The game belongs in JAX and will stay in JAX until further notice. Any games Kirby is playing in the media is just a negotiation tactic with the city of Jacksonville.

You are a fool the Georgia team is not flying on the millennium falcon.
Real
1. Players board buses in Athens 15-20 minutes to airport.
2. Unloaded all gear players into airport 15-20 minutes.
3. Board airplane walk though metal detectors and get check.
15 minutes
4. Load onto airplane 15 minutes.
THE BUSES WHO LEFT GAINESVILLE ARE IN JACKSONVILLE THE GEORGIA PLANE IS NOT OFF THE GROUND YET.
5. Plane gets clearance to leave 10 minutes
5. 40 minute flight to Jacksonville

Oh the horror!
45 mins of standing and sitting before a 40 minute flight! How will these well conditioned college athletes handle such rigorous traveling conditions.

This is an odd thing for an Ole Miss fan to be so passionate about.

Both teams stay in hotel in Jax Fri night. No advantage UF
It's a 40 min charter flight from Ben Epps in Athens to Jax. It's a 1.25-1.5 hr bus ride from Gainesville to Jax. No advantage UF.
Crowd is split 50-50. No advantage UF
You've never heard of frat beach on Fri in St Simons if you thing UGA students have a prob getting to game. No advantage UF.
WLOCP is a game UGA promotes to thank/reward our Alumni/fans in S.Ga. No advantage UF.
Very little downside for UGA since CSS and CUM left, except for the lost recruiting weekend(which is a biggie and prolly CKS biggest peeve)...
