Now, he might take the UT job.

Alabama'll pay him that much to be an assistant!

He would be crazy not to.
I just want him back in the SEC period. This league is in dire need of better coaches imo.

Might as well. Freeze and Sumlin cycling out as our all offense and no defense schemers.

If schools want to lure him, offer him a new motorcycle with great insurance

I could absolutely see him jumping to UT or Ole Miss.

I could see it happening. I recall reading somewhere that he was mad UK wouldn't hire him when we got stoops. Would give him the chance to beat UK every year. But, he fits in with the trash at the ville better

Anyone who hires that man is a fool.
He broke the law while coaching here and is lucky he didn't end up in trouble himself. So who hired him? The team that's about to be dismantled by the Feds. OR the same program anyways.
The buyout reduction should tell you all you need to know about what the big wigs at Louisville think of the man.

The buyout reduction has nothing to do with Petrino, it has to do with the AD's actions.

Over that same stretch, Gus Malzahn has led AU to a 18-12 record, with Jeremy Johnson, Sean White, John Franklin III, and Jarret Stidham as QB.
Who's the better coach?

Petrino at A&M would be impressive IMO. Although he would win pretty big at any of the SEC schools.

Lamar Jackson was a 3* and the 396th best player in the country coming out of high school that has blossomed under Harley Bob's tutelage.

He will end up at 2nd Chance U. Book it. Auburn is the only school as sleazy and he is. They were made for each other.
