We have a good staff for developing. Grantham only needs to develop the linebackers really. Our Dline coach and secondary coaches are very good at developing. I think Mullen knows this. See States defense this year? It was loaded. Mullen had people around Grantham to cover his flaws

We had a few bad games last year. Mainly because of depth. UK had three starters out, and it showed. UGA had three of four starting secondary out. We had no one behind these guys unfortunately and his reliance on corners being on an island was impossible to make up. We had a two star CB and a freshman vs Georgia once Henderson went down. That's when Fromm went off.

We have developmental coaches as position coaches. Grantham just needs to game plan.
